Test Reports
As part of the services, Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall prepare the reports based on the tests requested and the specific samples submitted for analyses by the customers.
The reports shall not be used in any publicity, advertising and promotional materials without prior consent of Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
Additionally, the results that have been reported in electronically transmitted reports shall be traceable to the original reports bearing the manuscript signatures.
Warranties and Liabilities
Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall undertake to exercise reasonable care, integrity and professionalism in conducting the analyses and producing the reports. There shall be no warranty liability period for the reports.
Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses and reputation suffered by the customers arising from the use of the reports.
Indemnities
The customers shall indemnify Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd in full against all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) paid by Analytical Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd arising from the use of the reports.
